Solidarity in Masafer Yatta

The group of GOF (Generation of Peace) Palestinian youth and summer camp participants carried out a solidarity day in Masafer Yatta. The activities included rehabilitating a garden and a playground area, along with interactive activities aimed at bringing joy to the children’s hearts, contributing to the improvement of their recreational environment amid these difficult conditions in the region. The event included a series of recreational and stress-relief activities for children in an area that faces daily violations by settlers and the Israeli army. Our participants emphasized the importance of providing safe spaces for children and continuing efforts to create a positive impact in marginalized communities. This initiative was carried out by GOF (Generation Of Peace) YAP group as part of efforts to support the resilience of local residents and strengthen the well-being of Palestinian children in areas and villages facing harsh and complex conditions due to occupation and settlement expansion.
